Nick was brilliant and explained the process of ear wax removal and managed to get all the wax out and now my hearing is back to normal. It was easy to book and a very straight forward process which only took 20 minutes and I had quite a lot of build up in the ear and at a very reasonable cost. Just wish I had it done sooner!
